May 5-6:
Round 3. MotoAmerica SBK. USA. Yoshimura Suzuki’s Toni Elias heads to Virginia International Raceway in America with a 17-point lead in the championship with 3 wins out of 4 races aboard the new 2018 GSX-R1000. Team mate Roger Hayden is in 11th after 2 unfortunate DNF’s in the opening rounds.
May 5-6:
Round 3. British Superbikes (BSB). Oulton Park. UK. Stand-out rider Bradley Ray and his Buildbase GSX-R1000 start the event as series leader after his first double victory at Donington Park and strong ride at round 2 at Brands Hatch. He leads the series by 10 points, while team-mate Richard Cooper is 18th after showing good form and pace on his GSX-R1000, but unlucky to DNF in all but one race so far. In National Superstock 1000, Billy McConnell has put his GSX-R1000 at the top of the standings.
May 5:
Sam Boyd Stadium in Las Vegas is the venue for the final 17th round of AMA/ FIM World Supercross and Autotrader Yoshimura Suzuki’s Weston Peick aims to put his RM-Z450 on the podium after a strong and consistent season that sees him in 6th place in the championship. Stand-in 450 rider Malcolm Stewart has also showed some great form in 2018 and holds 11th. In the 250s, the event hosts an exciting 250 East and West Coast Shootout and the Autotrader Yoshimura Suzuki team will have Justin Hill, Phil Nicoletti and Kyle Peters together aboard the RM-Z250 machinery in a combined Main Event.
